very good servcie food is great
Never on or nearly on time.
Todays food was 40minutes
overdue. No communication to let
me know. Again, as in previous
orders I phoned.. told it was 3
to 4 minutes away.. it wasnt.
10plus minutes. Very poor
service. I wont be ordering

I just ordered a New Mexico
burger and the burger is raw -
not pink, but raw inside. I've
had to throw the whole lot away.

one straw had a hole in.
mozzarella sticks aren’t up to
standards. packaging is good,
food just isn’t great quality.
You let me down today, brothers.
We pay for bacon, please give us
bacon. Not a single thin piece
for the each burger. Come on. The
chips were also undercooked.

Food was okay. The waffle and
buttermilk chicken were
phenomenal, the philly steak
sandwich was really hard and
chewy though, overall not bad,
could do with a bit of
Ordered before and didn’t have
a problem however tonight’s
delivery took over 1.5hours to
turn up, I Couldn’t get hold of
the restaurant to locate phone
just kept ringing. When the food
did arrive the chips were still
part raw, onion rings cold and
steak in wrap was hard and full
of gristle. Not happy with this
at all for the money spent and
still couldn’t get hold of the
restaurant to complain.
Hi we have ordered from you
repeatedly and never had a bad

once a week. Only suggestion is
chips could do with a minute or
so longer to brown off a little

Fantastic food and service
You Must improve allergy your
information. After phoning the
store I was left in no doubt that
the allergy information is not up
the the standards the law
requires. The gentleman I spoke
to was not very helpful so I gave
up. Such a shame you have a
fantastic menu, the food looks
delicious and we have had you
recommended to us by various
friends. Staff training and
allergy advice should be worked
on. So frustrating
